10 Best Study Tips

Do you find studying super boring and just such a waste of time?

If you do,  you've come to the right place! I'm going to give you 10 tips that are going to help you study and actually have a good time while doing it.

Please note that sometimes studying isn't going to be fun. The content might be really challenging to understand. However, some of my tips will hopefully help you to have a more relaxed and good time which will help you to focus on what you are studying.

So let's get started.

#1 Pray that you will understand what is being studied, and thank God for the opportunity to learn.

#2 Light a candle. I love candles so much. They bring warmth and a good scent. They're so relaxing, and really help set the mood. I recommend Yankee candles, but using a soy candle that smells sweet is great also. If you aren't allowed to use candles, try a diffuser or a Yankee candle fragrance sphere to make it smell good.

#3 Eat a healthy snack before or while studying. Or even eat a piece of chocolate. I know, I know it's not a healthy snack (technically dark chocolate is healthy but I prefer milk chocolate) but it does make the experience relaxing. As long as you don't eat too much chocolate (maybe limit it to once a day when you are studying) then you should be fine, unless you have diabetes or some other condition. If you do have a health condition stick with a healthy snack, if you can.

#4 Use pretty highlighters. I use Sharpie, but I have used Zebra and they are good too.

#5 If you don't understand a concept YouTube it! YouTube has tons of videos, so you can find one that will be helpful to you (ask your parents permission first).

#6 Write out questions you think will be on the test and then answer them.

#7 Listen to instrumental music. Instrumental music helps you focus. It is also just so nice to listen to. I have some playlists on this blog.

#8 Have good lighting. It's better for your eyes.

#9 Have a glass of water or a water bottle net to you. This way you stay hydrated, and when you finish the cup or bottle you can go fill it up which will give you a break.

#10 Make your study area a cute place. If you use a desk put some cute clay art on and plants on it. If you study on your bed, put up twinkly lights on your wall to make it look pretty ( make sure to use other light too so that your eyes won't get damaged.)

I hope these tips are helpful to you! If they are, please let me know in the comments or in a message to me. Share this post so that your friends can get study tips. Please share this blog with others! It would be so helpful for me, and also helpful to others!
